Hello everyone,
I don't use the Zone By phone much I admit, also have been absent on here in general for about 6 months till last week, but I've reloaded my computer closed it in the 'processes' pannel in Windows then re-tried to log in by phone,, and tried in SJphone, the one recommended before resorting to reloading two or three times, and eventually it gaves up if I don't give up and comes up with the error 'entwork failure'! Till late last year, this ofrten happened, but I could resolve it by closing the process and then re-starting after closing down the process, in 'Task Manager' or by reloading my PC! I am now therefore run out of ideas, any advice please I'd be most grateful and hope this is OK to post it here thanks in advance, also see my status on the zone! :((/*SIGH*

Use SJphone 1.60 it's the only version that will connect.
Oh just read your reply, I'll check which version I've got, might already have that version!:((

To try and be more specific now that I have checked again and gone through all the setting and re-installed SJphone.:((
Apart from my laptop which I my inbuilt microphone isn't good enough the problem occured on my desktop 18 months ago, and last year did send an e-mail to the admins but didn't get anywhere.
IN simple terms it keeping s ringing for a set number of rhings then says:- "SJphone Network Failure" does anyone been in this position? Also notice although not working on my lapfor for other reason, it did have the graphic that JAWS to show on desktop but nowadays just says worringly perhaps um 'edit'!
Also I do sometime hear like when I load SJphone 'Mick speaker offline', does this suggest something is wrong with my mike, I use a one connected nowadays that I would speak at it, while my previous one was on my headphones, it might well have gone wrong during the time between changing headphones, my old one got broken though is working again and short of buying more was going to use this one for now on my laptop when I have tracked down what#s happened to it!
I know the site recommends BTW, .60 (cant recall digits before), but Ive got both this oen and the later version and I must admit mainly used the other one, but I download subsequently the older version but no joy, could another programme be suggested. I wonder whether sending the SJlabs (the comapnay behind SJphone) a bug report would be a good idea? I even tried to repear it, but yep no luck!
In the past like recently went through the options menu set up a profile tweeked buttons no good, so please I#m stumpted hope someone might be able to help, one day hope to use Skype as I do now personally but, haven#t got any money there to use the UK number, and anyway that#s more limited isnt it? Sorry can#t get the apostrophe to work oh tiny problem as I type also bit exhaustred as I type so forgive typos please!:((

I give up RE this problem on desktop here's hoping it doesn't in the future occur on my laptop too, got a new headset and that didn't make any difference either, but yea hoping I don't tempt fait but can as of now use ZBP on my laptop please please stay that way I plead to the proverbial 'forces' out there! LOL/*SIGH*
